The way people do business these days just astounds me, and not in a good way. Almost daily I’m receiving messages from people trying to shove their products and services down my throat. People I’ve never spoken to before. I’ve even had people go as far as telling me about them and then they ask about ME, what I do and all that. Why the fuck are you messaging people that YOU DO NOT KNOW and trying to sell them shit? I get that you’re trying to be more visibleI get that you’re just trying to be proactiveI get that you just want to be taking action But this is the WRONG way to go about it. I commend anyone that is taking action in their business. And I do think one of the best ways to grow your business and make more money is to build solid connections with people. There is honestly nothing wrong with reaching out to people just to build a connection. But KNOW who you are reaching out to, or at least know OF them. And please stop trying to sell something or promote yourself in your very first connection with someone. I promise that that strategy always ends badly. You get to decide how you spend your day, how you take action and market your business. And there are many, many ways to do that marketing, make an impact and make MONEY.
