People ask me all of the time what my daily schedule looks like.
Truth is, I don’t have a schedule that I follow. I just do what I want all day long.
What I do have, though, is routines & habits. There are certain things I tend to do at certain times of the day. Not because they should be done at certain times, but just by chance, I always seem to do ’em at the same time.
Take my morning routine, for example (my favorite part of the entire day):
- Wake up around 5am. Make a hot drink.
- Journal for as long as I feel like. Usually 30-60 minutes. Sometimes more.
- Meditate. Often just for a few minutes because I’m impatient and my brain won’t shut up. But I like the stillness.
- Messaging/content creation. Usually based on something that came up during meditation or journaling.
From there, things vary a bit, but those are the things that I do straight away, before I do anything else. 99% of the time, anyway.
The other 1% of the time, I scroll social media/email first. Which always ends badly, so I don’t recommend it.
My evening routine is pretty structured, too.
- Make dinner, eat dinner, clean up from dinner.
- Homework with kids. Or play with the kids. Depends on how much work they left until the last second, which is usually all of it.
- Feed the cats.
- Showers every other night for the kids.
- Make a Four Sigmatic hot cacao or a tea, and/or my CALM magnesium drink and try to drink it in peace, which rarely happens.
- Brush teeth, wash face.
- Get kids in bed. Read with them if they’re co-operating.
- Read in my own bed.
- Sleep by 9pm (ideally).
Afternoons vary for me, depending on what day of the week it is, what projects I have coming up, and of course, depending on how I’m feeling.
But the rest of it is just normal for me now. It’s how I spend every day, including weekends and holidays.
I like doing the same things each day. I like the routines. I LOVE the routines, actually.
If I’m being honest, I get a lil’ bit bitchy if my routines are all fucked up, like during travel or if I’m sick (or taking care of a sick kid).
And as for MONEY, and how I bring that into my life each day, here’s a bunch of the daily actions I do & love, and that make me money:
1. Journaling.
EVERY. FREAKIN. DAY. On the days when this doesn’t happen (which is rare), I feel like crap, my energy is off, and I usually don’t make very much money.
I have to journal every day because I WANT to journal everyday. It’s what raises my vibe. It’s what gives me my best ideas. It’s what encourages and motivates me. It’s what allows me to work through my bullshit.
It’s the best thing I do all day.
2. Writing/messaging.
Usually after I do my journaling or meditation, I will sit down to write. I do this because often after these tasks, my brain is flooding with words and messages I need to get out.
So I write. And write. And write. Until I feel complete.
I usually write in Facebook or my email, and then put it in Ontraport and send as an email to my list, and also, of course, post on social media.
3. Selling.
I mean, duh. Do I even need to mention this one? Of course selling makes me money. That’s kind of the point.
I sell every day. Every single day! Not a day goes by that I’m not selling.
Depending on my mood or what I’m selling, I will sell via a sales email, or sales post on social media, direct 1:1 sales conversations, video or livestream sales, value + CTA sales, etc.
The point is that I sell. Daily.
4. Engaging.
Talking to my audience is very important to me. I want to know that the people who follow me are learning, improving, getting what they need.
I engage on social media with my audience every single day. I engage with my. private clients and those in my group programs every day as well.
I make it a habit to talk, to ask questions, and to give support & encouragement when needed. It’s one of my favorite things that I do all day.
5. Learning.
I’ve always been a student as much as I’ve always been a teacher. I love to learn! I love to get better and better at what I do!
Daily, I do something that makes me feel smarter! My goal is to learn one new thing every day.
I will read an educational book, watch a video, read something online, or have a conversation with a mentor. Whatever feels exciting in the moment.
6. Going within.
Alongside journaling, another piece of mindset work that I do almost daily is meditation.
It’s super short. No more than 5 minutes most of the time. Often it’s 2-3 minutes per day, in the morning.
I wish I could do it longer, and I’m sure, eventually I’ll be able to, but right now I’m happy with where I’m at.
Sometimes I ask a question and wait for any guidance that may come up. Other times I just sit in silence and wait to see if a thought pops into my head that demands my attention.
7. Connection.
Every day, my intention is to connect with people. This is hard for someone who is an extreme introvert and who prefers alone time more than time with others, but in the end, I know it makes me happy, so I put forth the effort.
I connect with my family, friends, my team, clients, and my audience online.
Even if it’s just for a few minutes each day, this time of connection almost always puts me in a good mood!
8. Documenting.
One of my favorite things EVER that I do each day is documenting. Some people think it’s a pain in the ass. Other people think it’s vain.
But I love it.
Each day, I document my life. Usually through Instagram Stories, since videos aren’t my thing.
I know that I, personally, don’t watch videos, but I do watch IG Stories, and I know that my audience often likes most of the stuff I do, so I don’t really bother with videos much at all because I know that if I don’t watch ’em, my audience likely doesn’t either.
Documenting is, hands down, my favorite form of content that I share every day. (FYI, if you’re not following me on Instagram, you’re missing out on this exclusive content! http://instagram.com/
9. Money awareness.
This is a really quick and simple task that I do each day that makes me feel a bit more confident and in control when it comes to money.
Daily, I look at my income and expenses from the day prior. I mark it down. I usually set a money intention for the day, as well (around money I want to receive, or how I want to feel about money - or both).
I keep it really simple with a Notepad file on my laptop and fill in how much money was received, where it came from, and where I am in relation to my monthly money goals. (And I, of course, write down all of my expenses so that there’s an awareness there, too).
The more attention you give your money, the more money you ultimately receive (so long as you’re not focusing on a lack of money, but moreso, just having an AWARENESS of money and setting intentions/goals to do better with it).

I’ve been doing these daily tasks for a few years now. Most days, I get ’em all done. And when I do, I feel amazing.
And when I feel amazing, I attract more money.
I like feeling amazing. I like attracting money.
So I sit my ass down in the chair every day and I DO THE WORK.
Works every time.
xx,
Cassie
