I want you to know that you’re important.
You were put on this earth to do remarkable things.
You are not, and were never meant to be, mediocre. So don’t be.
Being in the middle of holidays we all get busy, unexpected things happen. Some days things don’t always go as planned and that’s okay. Just pick yourself up, brush yourself off, smile and keep pushing forward. You’ve got this.
When it comes down to being successful it’s all about mindset. If you believe that you can do something, you’ll be on your way. We’re all looking forward to 2016 and how we can get a good start in the new year. One of these things is to start with your mind.
Adopt daily rituals that help you to practice having the right mindset.
Imagine waking up in the morning, excited about getting to work. Spending a few hours a day on your business and the rest relaxing. Having multiple vacations and the ability to work from anywhere in the world. Imagine getting paid six-figures or more doing work you freakin’ love. If you can imagine it you can make it happen.
What are some ways that you can practice having the right mindset?
Write down your positive affirmations. Put them on sticky notes and place them all over the house where you go and work daily. Change your phone or desktop background to a goal or positive affirmation so it’s always within your sight.
Visualize. Close your eyes and try to imagine what would happen when your dreams become reality. Think of your goals right now, find images that are going to excite you and focus on those. Maybe if you’re looking to travel more, picture yourself in the airport getting ready to take off to a new and exciting place, the sights and sounds of being on vacation. If you aren’t sure what you even want, try creating a dream board. You have to become clear on what you want.
You can’t take care of your clients or your family if you’re not taking care of yourself. Whether it is yoga, a walk in the park, meditation, a manicure, 10 minutes of alone time locked in the bathroom with your favorite book, whatever you choose, do it for you! You’re SO worth it and you deserve it.
