There are some people in the world who just don’t give a fuck.
I’m one of them.
Eminem is one of them.
Donald Trump is one of them.
And there are millions of other people that are just like us in the sense that they just don’t give a rat’s ass what anyone else thinks about them.
Take Eminem, for example. He’s one of the most controversial rappers of his time and was told from a young age he’d never amount to anything. When he got into rapping, people laughed at him and said he’d never make it as a rapper.
Considering he’s now worth $210 million, I’d say he made it.
This guy speaks his truth and does his own thing. He doesn’t give a shit what anyone thinks. He’s himself and he’s mega successful because of it.
And what about Donald Trump?
Sure, he’s disrespectful, racist and downright a nasty human being, but let’s be honest here: He’s really damn good at making money.
With many failed businesses and bankruptcies under his belt, he ALWAYS bounces back. He doesn’t give up. He falls down, gets right back up again, and he makes a shitload of cash.
With a current net worth of $4.5 BILLION, he’s pretty much a rockstar when it comes to making money. Whether you like him or not, you have to admit that much.
He’s never been one to hide his opinions and tell people what he thinks. Even though there are millions of people that hate him, there are also millions of people that love him because he’s honest and he says what he wants, regardless of what others will think of him for it.
Both of these men have 2 things in common: They say what they want, their message is consistent, and THEY DON’T GIVE A SHIT IF YOU DON’T AGREE WITH THEM. (And guess what, that actually allows them to make MORE money than had they kept their mouths shut and said only what they thought you WANTED them to say).
And that is the key to running a successful business. You must share your message every day that is truly YOU. There is no point trying to act how you THINK you’re supposed to act. People can always tell you’re faking it and it makes you look ridiculous.
Go out there and share your TRUE message with the world. Tell people what you love, what you believe in, what you stand for. And share this message every damn day.
Don’t sugar-coat it.
Don’t filter.
Don’t edit.
Spit it out. Raw, unfiltered. THAT is what people want to read. Not the fluffy bullshit you’ve been feeding them.
Stand up, speak your truth, and make a difference.
