It’s 1:30pm Friday. >> I slept in until 8 (RARE!). >> We had internet set up at the Consious Creator’s Castle. >> Went to the drug store to buy soap, plastic forks, juice and hair detangler. (Couldn’t get more random if I tried.) >> Drove around for what felt like hours trying to find a Starbucks that had a parking lot nearby. Failed misterably. Cried. Settled for Second Cup instead. >> Did a load of laundry. >> Swept the kitchen floor 4x. (Kids, man.) >> Posted Day 5 prompts for my Journal Junkies! (<3 these badasses and everything they’re experiencing with this program!) >> Called mom. >> Called dad. >> Did my journaling. >> Did my money work. >> Welcomed new members into Badass Boss Squad. >> Content for my clients. >> Ate my break-fast meal (no, not “breakfast”!) at noon. >> Check-in with team. >> Dealt with admin tasks. >> Answered emails. And aftet that monster non-Starbucks coffee, I am ready for MORE! But first, the kids and I are going to explore the big backyard and eat popsicles in the sun. Grateful that I can do what I want, when I want, with whoever I want. Grateful that I can make money being me, while I’m cooking, or shopping, or playing with my kids. Grateful that I am surrounded by such badass people! Grateful that this is my life. <3 Because it really wasn’t that long ago (less than 3 years), where my life looked NOTHING like how it does now. Just a few years ago I was struggling just to pay a few hundred dollars a...

How can you expect to create an epic, VIP lifestyle when you have one foot in and one foot out. You can’t go half in on something like this. You MUST commit to going all the way in or all the way out. There is no middle ground. You can’t get “ready” or prepared to go all in. You can’t “hope” things will get better all on their own. You can’t expect people to take you seriously when you’re not 100% committed. And by 100% committed I mean that this is what you be, do, are - ALL OF THE TIME. Not just sometimes. Not just when it feels good. Not just when it’s convenient for you to do so. But all day, every day, for the rest of your life. I mean – I shouldn’t have to even tell you this, but I’m telling you anyway: You have to make a decision to commit to going all in on this, or back out now. On this life, on this mission, on this journey. If you’re looking for safety, entrepreneurship is not for you. If you’re looking for certainty, entrepreneurship is not for you. If you’re looking for luck, entrepreneurship is not for you. Entrepreneurship is for those of us who ALWAYS choose to go all in – With our businesses With our health With our relationships With our lifestyle With our money We don’t go a little bit, get scared and retreat. We go FULL STEAM AHEAD, straight away, right from the beginning, and we don’t ever slow down. In fact, we can’t even remember the last time we...

Just now I was having a conversation with one of my kickass clients and she was telling me that although lots of amazing things are happening for her right now, she is still feeling resistance around putting out content every day, because she was worried that she wouldn’t be able to stay consistent with it – Which is a common problem for most entrepreneurs: “Oh but if I send an email 5x a week this week, I have to do it that way forever” and “Oh but if I post 10x a day on Facebook, I have to do that every day until the day I die, ahhhhh!” When really – No. You don’t. I mean, yes, you DO want to stay consistent, especially when it comes to showing up and sharing your message all day, every day, all OVER the place, but the fear of not being able to stay consistent is NOT the issue. The issue is the way you view “showing up” and “creating”. Can we talk about CONTENT for a minute here? Since when did creating content become such a big deal? Why is it so HARD for some people and so EASY for others? Why can some people knock out 5 posts a day on 10 social media platforms, launch a new offer every week, and send daily emails, when you’re lucky if you remember to post a picture of your lunch on Instagram today? I’ll tell you why – Because one person has figured CONTENT out and the other hasn’t. Simply put, this is what “content” REALLY is: Content is your thoughts, your opinions,...

So many people are focused on the wrong fucking goal and that’s what’s killing their chances of actually achieving it. Asking for more money is great, we all want to be more abundant, financially speaking. But there MUST be a deeper reason to want more money than for the simple thought of HAVING more money. The money is not the goal. The money should never BE the goal. The goal is, in fact – What you can CREATE with the money. Maybe you want to travel around the world, in true VIP style. Money can buy you that. Maybe you want to start your own charity. Money can buy you that. Maybe you want to invest more into your business. Money can buy you that. Maybe you want to find and move into your dream home. Money can buy you that. Maybe you want to hire or retire your spouse. Money can buy you that. Maybe you want to financially support your parents. Money can buy you that. It’s crucial that you immediately stop making your primary goal MONEY and instead make the goal what money will buy. And let’s take that even a step futher – I find that the most common reason for wanting more money is for “financial freedom”, meaning you never have to worry about money. Well, that’s a fine goal, there’s nothing wrong with it per say, but have you ever asked yourself what “financial freedom” actually meant to you? I bet it doesn’t mean sitting on your ass all day, doing nothing, and letting that money sit in the bank, am I right?...

Repeat after me: “I am good enough.” “I am worthy of everything I desire.” “I am powerful.” “I am smart.” “I am gracious and kind.” “I am an incredible leader.” “I can be, do and have EVERYTHING I want.” Now, DEEP BREATH, and then say repeat them again, but this time, with more conviction. Say them like you MEAN them! “I am good enough.” “I am worthy of everything I desire.” “I am powerful.” “I am smart.” “I am gracious and kind.” “I am an incredible leader.” “I can be, do and have EVERYTHING I want.” The more you allow yourself to get into the mindset of being able to create your own reality with your thoughts and affirmations, the more you will actually be able to do so. I remember working with my first mentor on this – She is a mindset & marketing coach, and I hired her just for the marketing piece (even though of course they go hand in hand, but I didn’t know that at the time). Every time she would bring up mindset, or visualization, or journaling, or manifestation, or affirmations, or meditating.. I blocked her out. I stopped listening. I thought she was a total weirdo and wanted to avoid her weird vibes getting into my head, HA! Well, after months of doing JUST the marketing work, but zero mindset work, only achieving minimal goals that I set for myself, but being NOWHERE near close to where I wanted to be, I finally agreed to try “the weird mindset stuff” for a week. And.. Well, the rest, as they say, is history. I...
