The weekend is when I tend to do a bit more deep mindset work, and today was no exception.
I journaled on things such as –
“I always make more money when I _______”
“How can I make my dreams come true FASTER?”
“What would I be doing if I knew for sure I was going to hit my goals this month?”
“I know it’s time for me to ______”
(I have a list of journaling prompts that I use almost daily, which I use to get the juices flowing and have fun getting really deep with my journaling practice. They’re super helpful. If you want them, PM me and let me know. I usually reserve these only for private clients, but I’m feeling called to offer them to you for FREE today. Just PM me and ask!)
Plus my usual gratitude, dream life, a money manifestation journaling!
It feels good to just let it all out and really go deeper than usual. It’s amazing what can come up!
I tend to pick up a few different blocks or uncertainties when I do my deeper mindset work, and I’ve been going through that a lot lately because I am upleveling big time right now and am manifesting a whole bunch of new shit –
Which requires me to –
- Switch or tweak some of my current thoughts
- Regularly revisit my WHY and my mission
- Spend more time putting pen to paper
- Investing in mentorship around issues that can’t be solved from journaling alone
- Having way more fun!
- Taking time to focus on ME a lot more than I usually do
- Getting clear and focused on what needs to happen (and then doing it)
- Putting a bunch of money on the line to achieve what I want to achieve
And sometimes I get fucking SCARED. I have the typical fears that most people have when in the middle of an uplevel –
“What if this doesn’t work?”
“What if I’m wrong?”
“What if he/she is right?”
“What if it doesn’t go the way I want it to?”
“What if I totally messed everything up?”
WHAT IF WHAT IF WHAT IF WHAT IF?!?!
If you’re going through an uplevel right now, I’m sure you are feeling this too, right? I’m sure you’re scared to death. I’m sure you’ve got a shitload of uncertainty flowing through you. I’m sure you’re freaking out inside!
But you know what?
Who CARES what if?
Who cares if it doesn’t work? Is it really the end of the world if it doesn’t go according to plan? Have you ever considered that maybe it not working could be the best thing ever because that failure could lead you down the right path to doing/being/having what you were actually meant for and what, deep down, you really wanted in the first place?
And then of course, there’s the possibility that everything could go RIGHT. 😉
So really, there is no bad outcome. You may be unhappy temporarily, or annoyed, or frustrated.
But in the end –
The point is that you took that chance. You made the leap. You trusted your gut and did what you felt called to do in that moment. And that ALWAYS leads to good things.
I think the main reason I love to journal so much, and why I wake up at 4:30 every morning to ensure I get AT LEAST a full hour of journaling time in, is because of what I’m able to create after doing this activity.
Whenever I journal, amazing things happen. I get to know myself and my desires (and my fears) on a deeper level. I’m able to quickly identify my next move (and I’m inspired to take it). I get energized and motivated.
And then I create amazing content
I come up with new things to create & sell
I get inspired to reach out to someone
I discover how to let go of things that are holding me back
I enjoy life more and have more fun
Journaling has seriously changed my life and I’m so grateful I was introduced it to my morning practice. Although most days I will journal only in the morning, I’ve also been known to journal in the middle of the day, right before bed, and sometimes for the entire day (not even joking)!
If you’ve not yet made journaling a part of your morning practice, it’s about time. 🙂
Just think of all the magic you can create with just an hour (or less) of focused journaling time each day.
One thing that came up in my journaling today when I was using my journaling prompts is that I have SO MUCH to share with you, that I’ve never actually shared. I don’t know why. Resistance, I guess!
But there has been a lot of cool shit that’s happened in my life that I think would really inspire you in your own life, and it’s really fucking selfish of me to keep that shit to myself.
So I’m making a commitment to you, right now, that I’m going to share more of my backstory. Not because I think it’s all about me or that you are super freaking eager to know how I’ve lived my life, but because I know that some of the stuff I’ve had happen in my life would help you to create more love, laughter, connection, money and fame, in YOUR life.
I know that this is the stuff I desperately want to know about my mentors.
What did they do when they first got into ______ (their industry)?
How did they create their first business?
What is the biggest lesson they’ve learned about life/business/money/success?
What were their huge mistakes (and what did they learn from them)?
What do they spend their money on every month?
Who works for them? What do they do?
How do they do _______?
This is all the stuff that I DEFINITELY would want to hear/read about from my mentors, and I think it’s stuff you probably want to hear from me, too, yes? Let me know if I’m wrong. 😛
I feel like sometimes all I talk about is stuff that’s so OBVIOUS. Stuff that is just so simple and easy and normal for me. I forget that most people don’t understand it or how it works or even why it’s so important.
So I want to share more.
I want to give more.
I want to help more.
Tell me how I can serve you better. <3
