I remember when I first got into coaching and mentorship.
I was stubborn as fuck. Opinionated. And not willing to let anyone tell me what to do. I liked to try and do everything on my own. Mostly to save money because I was cheap as hell. But also because I’m a control freak.
But I was smart enough to hire a coach straight away because I KNEW it would accelerate my growth. And it did. Things moved VERY fast because I got over my shit and allowed someone else to steer me in the right direction, instead of floundering around, trying to figure it all out on my own.
It was the one decision that changed EVERYTHING. It changed not just my business, but my life.
I’ve since gone on to make over $750,000 in cash in under 2 years, in an industry I was brand new to, and where NO ONE knew who the hell I was. I grew my community to over 25,000+. I worked with dozens of soulmate clients that are now great friends and many who, they themselves, have gone on to make hundreds of thousands of dollars combined.
It’s been a wild ride, and I am NOT slowing down any time soon! I know that there is only MORE for me to have. More fun, more freedom, more clients, more impact, more love, more money, more support, more LIFE!
And I am ready. But what about YOU?
I hear it all the time:
“I really want ______, but…”
I’ll just WAIT.
I’ll just try to do it MYSELF first.
I’ll just take some time.
I’ll just try this first.
So you want something –
You know someone can help you get it –
But you’re gonna wait and see if it just MAGICALLY falls in your lap before you finally get over your bullshit and take the action necessary to actually HAVE what you say you really want?
Come on. Give me a break!
Just admit it –
You’re fucking SCARED.
Terrified even.
Because what if –
WHAT IF –
You do this and you actually FAIL?
What if you go all in, and something bad happens?
What if you make this big decision, say YES, and then everything turns to shit?
Well, guess what –
The only way that can happen is if you let it happen.
See, here’s the thing: You CAN’T fail. You just can’t. At anything you do. Because what we’re doing here? We’re building personal brands. We’re making money being US. We’re changing lives with our very words. You can’t fail at that, it’s impossible.
But what you CAN do –
And what you’re definitely doing right now –
Is forcing yourself to wait a long fucking time to see those BIG results you really want in your life. If you ever see them at all.

It’s an EXCUSE, plain and simple. Just admit that you aren’t actually READY for what you want and I won’t be so pissed. 🙂 Because at least then you’re being honest with yourself!

You’ve gotta learn that fear is part of the process and that, really, when you’re NOT scared, is when you should worry!
Fear is an indicator that you need to take action. TAKE ACTION NOW.
Fear means you’re about to have a massive uplevel. But instead you don’t, because you let fear win by making you stay still. By saying NO to what you know in your gut you need to be saying HELL YES to.
Get over yourself.
Get over your bullshit.
You’re only hurting yourself here.
And the other unfortunate thing you’re doing is holding out on helping those that need you. By continuing to stay where you are and “figure it out” on your own and “implementing what you’ve learned” –
Well, let’s just say good luck with that.
Because what you really mean is that you’re not ready for the next level.
So you’re using the whole “I’m good for now, I’ve gotta implement first!” excuse as a cop-out.
And this may come off harsh, but it needs to be said:
If you’re not willing to constantly grow and uplevel and make BIG moves, even when you’re scared (ESPECIALLY when you’re scared!), you aren’t welcome in this community. This is not your space. This is not where you belong.
I REFUSE to allow people in my circle that like to get comfortable. That like to rest. That like to wait. That like to take things slow.

We’re freakin’ LEADERS. We came here to make a difference in the world. We came her to show up, blow the fuck up, and to do it at lightening speed! We’re here to continuously GROW and learn more and implement more and ALWAYS have someone by our side to cheer us on and hold us accountable for that bullshit that we WILL spew from time to time.
I’ve always said that anyone without a coach is someone you don’t want to mentor with.
Anyone who doesn’t take their growth seriously enough to always uplevel and always have a mentor helping them do so, is not someone that’s gonna be able to help YOU uplevel.
