It’s time for you to give in to what you REALLY want!
It doesn’t have to be hard.
It doesn’t have to take a long time.
It doesn’t have to make you want to pull your hair out.
You’ve just decided that it’s part of the experience, that’s “just how it its”, and so that’s become your reality. But you can change your reality in an instant.

- With people
- With journaling
- With mantras/affirmations
- With knowledge
Decide what you want, how you want your reality to be different right now. What does that look like? What does that FEEL like? Why is it important to you? Why is it important to you NOW?
Once you’ve decided, you need to commit. And then you need to be & do, meaning: be the person who gets what they want & do the things that need to be done to make that happen.
Let’s break this whole “get what you want” thing down a bit, okay?
STEP 1: DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT
What do you want for your business? What kind of work do you want to be doing? Who do you want to be working with? How do you want to be spending your time working? Who do you want on your dream team? How would you be helping others/making a difference?
What do you want for your finances? How much money do you want to be making each year, each month, each week, each day? How do you want to be receiving that money - where is it coming from? How often are you receiving money? What are you spending/investing your money on?
What do you want with your health? How do you want to feel, physically and mentally? What do you want your body to look like? How you do you want to feel, mentally, when you wake up and go to bed each day? How do you want to feel in terms of your energy, your flexibility, your physical strength?
What do you want with your relationships? What kind of people do you want in your life? What relationships do you have now that you want to improve? How do you want to feel with certain people? What kind of experiences do you want to have with the people in your life, or the people you WANT in your life?
What do you want with your lifestyle? How do you want to spend your days? Where do you want to be living? How and how often do you want to be travelling? How do you want to be experiencing life? How do you want to feel every day? Where do you want to be putting your energy?
STEP 2: ASK YOURSELF WHY YOU WANT THOSE THINGS
Be specific. Why do you want that relationship? Why do you want that amount of money each month? Why you do you want that body?
Make sure that you want these things for YOU, not because they’re “expected” of you or because someone else things you should want them. You have to want them because YOU want them. Otherwise, you will sabbotage any success you achieve in the attempt to aquire them.
Focus on the outcome. Once you know WHY you want these things, and you’ve determined that you want them for you and for no one else, then you need to constantly focus on the outcome and ask yourself: “Is that still the outcome that I want?” Ask yourself this question every time you make a bit of progress
Your idea of success may change over time and your goals and dreams change, too. That’s okay! Just make sure you are always coming back to the question “Is that still the outcome that I want?” when it comes to what you’re working on and striving for.
Think about how you feel, both physically and mentally, when you achieve what it is that you want. Do you want to feel that way? Does the idea of feeling that way make you light up? If so, go for it! If not, figure out why, and determine another goal.
STEP 3: BRAINSTORM WAYS THAT THOSE THINGS COULD HAPPEN
Would you need to do any particular thing you’re not doing now in order to make your goals happen? (Most likely!)
Could you reach out to someone who has connections or who has knowledge around the subject?
Could you hire someone (or multiple someones) to help you achieve your goal(s)?
Do you need to buy something or read something or learn something before it can happen?
Who would you need to BECOME in order for this to be your reality?
And how would that person spent their days in order to achieve that live, make that money, have that body?
Brainstorm as many things as you can think of that could help you to achieve these goals. Don’t attatch yourself to any one particular outcome other than what you want to happen, not necessarily HOW it’s going to happen.
STEP 4: MAKE GETTING WHAT YOU WANT A NON-NEGOTIABLE
You WILL have a successful business that makes you happy and fullfilled.
You WILL have the perfect relationship with your partner.
You WILL look and feel that way and without any struggle maintaining it.
You WILL live that VIP lifestyle that you know you deserve.
You WILL receive that amount of money every year/month/week/day, with ease and from flow & alignment.
Consider it a DONE DEAL. It’s already yours, you just need to keep running towards it. Spend your days with your non-negotables at the front of your mind. Write them down every single day. Say them out loud. Say them in your head. Share them with other people. Think about them before you go to bed. Think about them when you wake up. Visualize them happening. Think about them all the time, declaring them as a done deal.
STEP 5: CREATE & INSTILL DAILY HABITS THAT WILL MOVE YOU FORWARD
- Drink more water.
- Eat more plants.
- Spend time with people who make you happy.
- Write/create and share with your community.
- Offer value and sell people what they need and want.
- Move your body as much as possible.
- Treat yourself as a VIP; do things that make you feel empowered.
- Get your head/mindset in the game with journaling and other mindfulness practices.
- And most importantly: expect to receive what you want, and don’t stop taking action until it’s yours.
We all have the capacity to receive everything we want.
You have the power.
You have the information.
You have the know-how.
You have the strength.
You have the determination.
You have the RIGHT.
Don’t let anyone ever tell you that it can’t be done.
It can always be done, as long as you say so. If you want it, go and get it!
