There is a time to sit and think and there is a time to go, balls to the wall, full out and ON FIRE.
You have to know when to do WHAT if you want to succeed in this game called entrepreneurship.
Not enough good can be said about sitting in silence, letting your mind lead you down the right path for you.
Because, as I just said to someone the other day, “the answers are always within you“. You don’t need outside validation. You don’t need to second-guess yourself.
I honestly believe that a huge issue for a lot of entrepreneurs is not taking action, and not taking action is usually because they are doubting themselves and need someone else to tell them that their ideas are valid and that they need to DO IT.
You see, unless you have a mentor that is behind you, constantly busting your ass to get shit done, you’re not going to. UNLESS youhave the willpower to make it happen and the belief that you can do anything.
My strategy when it comes to creating content, showing up, selling, and being THERE for my community –
- Listen to the intuitive nudges around what to say/do
- ACT on said nudges
- BELIEVE said nudges are within me for a reason
- CONTINUE to act on said nudges until I no longer feel them
It’s simple, really –
Say what you feel called to say and say it LOUDLY. Don’t back down. Don’t be afraid to say something you know you need to say for fear of hurting someone’s feelings or making them uncomfortable. If it needs to be said, it’s your job to say it. Trust me when I say thatYOUR true tribe will love you even more for having the courage to just spit it out and tell them what they need to hear.
And when you just don’t don’t know what to say, go WITHIN.
Sit in silence and simply as yourself “what am I supposed to share today”? And then shut up and LISTEN. You WILL get an answer. And then you must act on it immediately.
Every day you have one job, and that is to INSPIRE & ENCOURAGE your community. You can do that in a variety of ways –
- Share your own experience/stories
- Give a task/tell them what to do
- Ask them questions and show a genuine interest in what they have to say
- Teach them the strategies needed to get the results that they want
- Let them go behind the scenes in your life
- Create offerings that will support them and help them achieve what they want to achieve
- Be their cheerleader every day, at the same time not letting them play the victim
- Never let up, always be there and be the example
This is how you’re going to make an impact. This is how you’re going to increase your income by an incredible amount.
This is how you’re going to build your motherfucking empire.
When you show up every day and refuse to take action, refuse to act on your inspired thoughts, you’re doing yourself AND your community a disservice.
There are millions of people who need to hear your message. Millions of people who are just waiting for you to stand up and do and say what they NEED you to do and say. Millions of people who are BEGGING for you to come into their life.
You can choose to sleep in and ignore those pulls
You can choose to wake up and do the busy work instead of act on inspired thoughts & ideas
You can choose to live your life in repetition, doing the same thing over and over and expecting better results
Or you can choose to WAKE THE FUCK UP and do WHATEVER is necessary to reach your goals, impact the world and make a damn difference.
The choice is yours, but really –
It’s not. You were put on this earth for a reason and that reason was to help others, inspire others, support others with whatever your big skill is. To spread your message like wildfire and make a substantial mark in this world.
And nothing else will do.
You can’t work a “regular” job. You will always quit or get fired because you JUST CAN’T. Your brain and body will not let you because you are supposed to be doing something ELSE. And that something else is being YOU and getting paid for it.
Which sounds like a hell of a lot more fun, doesn’t it?
I always used to say to my parents that I was never going to work for someone else. That I didn’t want to take orders. That I wanted to GIVE the orders. And they thought it was cute and they were all “okay Cassie, that sounds like a great idea, you do that!”, and then they’d laugh to each other.
NOW LOOK AT ME, MOM & DAD! Giving orders left and right (even to my Dad, who now actually works for me).. and exceptionally good at it, too.
I knew what I was made to do and that is SERVE. And so I do. And I’m rewarded not only with hundreds of thousands of dollars, but also with the recognition, the impact and the satisfaction that I DID IT. That I continue to do it. And that I LOVE IT.
So ask yourself –
Are you showing up every day and really doing what you were put on this earth to do? Are you TRULY chasing your dreams? Or are you living out someone else’s dreams for you?
You have 3 things that you need to do on a daily basis if you want to be living the life you know you are destined for –
1. Give value to your community.
Share stories, go behind the scenes in your life, tell them what to do, give them the strategies necessary, teach them what they want to learn.
2. Create, create, and create some more.
Content is, was and always will be KING. It needs to come before ANYTHING else. Content needs to be created on a constant daily basis if you want people to wake notice and LISTEN to you.
3. Consistently ask for the sale.
If you want to make money, you need to sell. If you want to make consistent money, you need to CONSISTENTLY ask for the sale. Don’t be afraid to sell daily, and multiple times daily. If you’re giving value AND selling at the same time, your community won’t be annoyed, but actually more willing to listen to what you have to say.
EVERYTHING YOU DO MAKES A DIFFERENCE. EVERYTHING YOU SAY MAKES A DIFFERENCE.
There is nothing too small. Nothing too insignificant.
It ALL matters.
And the more you do it, the more your business will grow. Guaranteed!
