When you really think about it –
Success isn’t that complicated.
It’s simply a matter of doing the work, day after day, night after night and being consistent with your actions.
So when someone that’s been in business less than a year starts complaining to me that “it’s too hard” or “it’s taking forever” for shit to happen, my eyes just roll and I CAN’T EVEN.
I can’t even go there.
I can’t even respond.
I can’t even look at you anymore if you say those things to me.
Because it’s bullshit. It’s just you being impatient.
And patience is something that millions of entrepreneurs don’t have. It’s something millions of PEOPLE in general don’t have. And it’s the one thing that separates those that succeed in life from those who don’t.
I started my first “real” business when I was about 18-19. I created multiple other businesses since then. And JUST NOW am I getting close to breaking the million dollar mark. JUST NOW am I feeling like I’m close to that success I’ve been dreaming of for over a decade.
It takes TIME to learn how to run a business
It takes TIME to take the necessary actions for success
It takes TIME to do what it fucking TAKES to get where you want to go
And if you can’t find that time, if you think it doesn’t exist, if you believe that it’s taking too long, then please –
Do yourself a favor and QUIT.
Because you’ll never hack it as an entrepreneur. Not a successful one, anyway.
But for those of us that are willing to put in the work, those of us who are willing to be patient, and to hustle and grind all day, every day –
We’ll be reaching success.
We’ll be crushing our goals.
We’ll be eliminating self-doubt.
And we’ll be fucking incredible. Feel incredible. Live incredible.
Will there be bad times? Absolutely.
And in those moments is when you affirm to yourself that “no matter how bad it gets, I’m going to make it!” and believe it so deeply that it becomes your reality.
The good news is that the good times far outweigh the bad times, but they don’t usually happen until after you’ve had a few bad moments. That’s the Universe’s way of testing you to make sure you’re really the right person for the job.
So have patience and be consistent with your action-taking DAILY. Don’t let up. Don’t allow yourself to stop.
Do what you need to do to succeed –
Hire a mentor
Work with the best of the best
Be held accountable
Do your research
Create content like crazy
Sell like your life depended on it (because it kind of does)
Never stop learning
And most importantly –
Take consisent action day after day. You must PERSIST. You must not let anything or anyone stop you from doing the work. It’s what determines whether or not you’re going to make it.
And I know you want to make it.
