I hired her because I needed someone to show me how to earn 6-figures in my coaching business (my goal was $100,000 the first year).
It cost $6,000 to hire her.
I didn’t have the money.
But I did have a credit card and a deep desire to make $100,000 and change my life.
After 6 months of working with my first coach, I’d made over $48,000.
I hired another coach in the middle of that first year (I realized just how valuable 1:1 coaching was to my results).
It cost $15,000 to hire her.
I didn’t have the money (I’d spent it all on other biz expenses, travel, and paying myself well).
But I did have a credit card and a deep desire to make $100,000 and change my life.
After working with this coach, I’d made $51,000.
At the end of my first year in business, I’d made over $250,000. DOING WORK I WAS IN LOVE WITH.
The next coach I hired?
$20,000.
And nope, I didn’t have the money.
But I did have a credit card and a deep desire to make $500,000 (yes, HALF A MILLION DOLLARS) and change my life.
Guess how much money I made in my second year in business?
I MADE HALF A MILLION DOLLARS.
I’ve since spent over $100,000 on private coaching.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO “AFFORD IT“.
The money was never there.
But… credit cards were.
As was my desire to make money and do big things with my life.
And I’ve made over $2 million dollars - 2 MILLION FUCKING DOLLARS - in less than 5 years.
Because my desire to make amazing money and change my life was greater than my belief that I couldn’t “afford” working with coaches that would help me speed up the results I got in my business.
If credit cards weren’t an option for me, I would have asked a family member or friend for a loan.
I would have sold a bunch of stuff I had lying around the house NOT making me money.
I would have gone to the bank and asked for a loan.
I would have made it HAPPEN.
Why?
Because my desire to succeed was greater than any negative, limiting belief in my mind.
