One of my greatest joys in life is turning Internet Marketers into Intuituve Marketers.
When I see someone transform from being a robopreneur, just going through the motions every day, following some kind of step-by-step SYSTEM that some “guru” taught them, into someone who gets paid just to EXIST –
Well –
I get pretty lit up.
I mean, in a sense we’re ALL internet marketers. If you’re selling online, then essentially you’re an internet marketer. But there’s a difference between marketing online and doing it from a place of “I MUST!” markering online from a place of “I GET TO!”.
Is there anything worse on earth than getting paid only when you follow some kind of PLAN?
Ugh. Gross. No thanks.
I wanna get paid just to exist. Which maybe makes me sound super egotisitcal and just a tad bit vain LOL, but this is what I desire.
I desire to get paid just to be here in this world.
I chose a long time ago that people would pay me just to be around me and in my energy.
I chose that money would come in practically on auto-pilot, all day, every day, and all I had to do to “make” that money, was to wake up and share myself with the world.
And then I did just that.
I showed up. Day after day. And I just lived my life and shared it with the internet peeps.
I didn’t care that people told me I was crazy. That I was “obsessed” with myself. That I was arrogant. That I was out of my mind.
(It’s still funny to me when people ask me what I do for a living and I say “exist”. They laugh because they think I’m joking, but once the realize I’m not - the look on their face is hilarious.
I get it. It must sound pretty damn OUTRAGEOUS. Get paid to exist? You’re out of your mind! Why would someone pay you just to be near you (whether physically or online)?
I still don’t know what to say to this.. they just DO. They’re magnetized to me. Not because I’m “special” or better than anyone else, but because I have an energy, a VIBE that people are attracted to.
People don’t pay for my programs.
Or my coaching.
Or my masterminds.
Or my events.
They pay for my energy and to be IN it.
So when this comes up in conversation with a “normal” - A.K.A someone not at all like US, who believes they need to work a 9-5 for STABILITY and to be “successful” - I really don’t have an idea as to how to explain it to them.
So talking to people other than US is… interesting. But I digress…)
One of my favorite things on earth that brings me the GREATEST joy is to see someone put two and two together and truly understand that HELL YEAH I can get paid to be me! And that is enough!
There’s nothing you have to DO.
There’s no special PROGRAM you need to take.
There’s definitely no CERTIFICATION you need to own. LOL
You just need to exist. Show up. And share what you’re passionate about with the world. And the people - your people - they will come. And they will pay. Again and again, on repeat.
There is no special FUNNEL, no special COPYWRITING SEQUENCE, no special CONTENT PLAN, no special SALES PAGE..
All of those things are helpful, yes, and they’re great to have, but will they alone make you money?
Hell freakin’ NO.
Big fat NOOOOOO to that one.
I didn’t have a single funnel for years.
Didn’t run Facebook ads for ages (still don’t run ’em much).
Definitely didn’t follow any kind of system.
Many of my offers were just sold on FB or email with a Paypal payment link LOL!
And I did $250,000 CASH RECEIVED my first year in business.
$500,000 the next year.
Around $480,000 the year after that.
The more I leaned into ME and just did things MY way, the more money I made.
Whenever I would get sucked into the internet marketing world with the robopreneurs, and I tried to “my my shit together” and follow the RULES, my income tanked, my energy and excitment for my biz was non-existent, and it was a damn struggle just to get out of bed in the morning.
It flat out didn’t WORK for me. Not in a way that made me excited to get up each day and do the work.
What do you think would happen if you just dropped all of the rules you’ve been taught about what you need to do to create a successful business & life and instead did what you felt called to do?
What if you simply chose to ditch the belief that you had to do things a “certain way” in order to have the business & life you wanted?
What then?
What would you do?
How would you show up?
What if you just let it be really fucking easy?
Because you can, you know. You can get paid just to EXIST and share yourself with the world. Your thoughts. Beliefs. Experiences.
You can get paid just by posting what you ate for lunch on Instagram.
You can get paid just to be in the same room as someone who wants to be around you.
You can get paid just by sharing your thoughts on an experience you just had.
You can get paid to be YOU.
Don’t think this means you can just sit around and watch Netflix all day. You’ve still gotta show UP. There’s still WORK to do.
But the difference with how WE work and how the robopreneur INTERNET MARKETERS work?
Is that our work is just to trust our intuition and act based on what our gut tells us is the correct next step.
We go WITHIN.
They go OUTSIDE of themselves.
We know that all of the answers we seek are inside of us. We may need someone to help us pull them out of ourselves, but they ARE there, and we know.
The work we do is share with the world who we are, what we’re passionate about, what we stand for, what we stand AGAINST, lessons we’ve learned..
And yeah, we BRING the energy. Our energy is CONTAGIOUS and people love it, always coming back for more, we’re GOOD at bringin’ it, of course.
And that’s how we get paid to exist.
Intuition + Strategy (yeah, there’s some strategy in there!) + Mindset = EXPLOSIVE SUCCESS.
It makes me so happy when someone tells me they GET it. When they’ve DONE it the hard way (the funnels, the webinars, the sales calls, and everything else they hate).
When clients do things the way I do them, they often say things like:
“I can’t believe how easy that was!”
“OMG it’s working!”
“You’re not gonna believe this but…” (they did BETTER than the goal they set for themselves)
“I love how you make this so easy”
“This just feels SO good”
“I don’t know why I resisted working with you for so long!”
“Why isn’t everyone doing this?!”
It’s normal for money to come in out of the blue.
It’s normal for clients to repeat work with them.
It’s normal that they get free upgrades, discounts, and bonuses.
It’s normal for their income to double, triple, even quadruple in many cases!
It’s normal for them to say to me “that was so easy” (this is a common one).
It’s also normal for them to regularly thank me for giving them permission just to be themselves and get paid for their mere existance.
Not that they needed my permission ever, of course!
So yeah –
You can do what the internet marketers do. The ones who you always see on FB ads, that have the seemingly perfect offers and that you hear about making millions of dollars on their last launch (where over 75% of it went to afiliates, not THEM).
You can follow their strategies.
You can follow their rules.
And sure, you may make some money… but at what cost?
