Why You Need to Turn Clients Away

I want to talk to you about something really important today - working with those you WANT to work with and not those you don’t.

I just turned down someone that was willing to invest $7500 for my 3 month program.

Why?

Because she was not ideal. I didn’t really want to work with this person.

One of the benefits of being the boss is choosing who you want to work with.

Working with clients that you don’t love and aren’t excited to get on a call with? It sucks. Trust me, I’ve done it, and I’ll never do it again.

Remember that it’s not about money. It’s about helping people. If you love helping people, the money will come (and it will come from the right people).

So, I didn’t make $7500 today. But I did turn down someone that wasn’t a good fit for my program - which leaves an open spot for someone that is. Someone I WANT to help.

Building a business is hard work. Why make it harder on yourself by working with people you don’t want to spend time with?
