How I create so much content all the time, every day, on repeat.. (#truthnugget)

When it comes to content, I pump out a lot of it. This confuses the hell out people and I’m often questioned about how the hell I could possibly create so much. “How do you balance business with family life?” “Don’t you ever run out of stuff to say?” “How many hours a day are you creating content? It seems like there’s something new from you..” Well, yeah, that’s kinda the point. Content is the only way people can get a feel for whether or not they can relate to or resonate with me. If they can, they can learn from me, which can lead to a life better than the one they’re living now.  Why do I create so much content? Because sharing my message is the most important thing I can do in order to change lives. And my goal in life is to change as many lives for the better as I possibly can. If that means I have to write many thousands of words and shoot hours of videos every week, I will do it.  And the other part is this:  I can’t NOT create. It’s just not possible. I either create it in my head (which is gonna happen anyway), or I create it in the physical form and throw it at the internet to see if it sticks.  It doesn’t always stick. In fact, a lot of the time it falls flat.  But the more I throw, the more often it will stick. And the more it sticks, the more of an impact I’m making.  Goal = met.  It’s really not that hard to...

Do NOT underestimate the power of a woman on a mission!

One thing I’ve discovered about myself is that I’m pretty resilient. It doesn’t matter how much shit I go through, I always come out the other side a better person, having accomplished WAY more than I ever thought possible.  There isn’t much you can say or do to me that will knock me down and keep me on the ground. I always keep getting back up. I will not back down.  Even though it would be EASIER to give up and quit, that’s just not my nature. I don’t operate in that way.  And really, it’s hard for me to be around people who DO operate that way as it’s depressing. I don’t want to be depressed, I want to be inspired and feel motivated! This is why I choose to only be around people who make me feel this way. Everyone else can go and be miserable away from me. I’m not interested. And of course I understand that bad things are going to happen from time to time. I’m not naive in thinking that everything can be perfect all of the time. But I also know that even when I AM put through a storm of shit, I will make cookies from that shit. I WILL prevail! 🙂  Because I have people to help, lives to change, an impact to make. I have goals and dreams to accomplish. I have a big life to live and enjoy. I don’t have time to sit around and be sad, negative or uninspired. I have a job to do and I’m gonna do it! In other words: Do not underestimate the power of a...

IT’S ALL FUN AND GAMES UNTIL YOUR SELF-SABBOTAGING BEHAVIOUR FUCKS YOU UP AND THINGS TAKE A TURN FOR THE WORSE

There’s only so many times you can make the same mistake and stop learning from it. You just keep doing the same thing over and over, and you KNOW you’re hurting yourself by doing it, but yet..  You keep going on. You keep making the same mistake, repeatedly.  After awhile, it starts to become a habit and you no longer learn from it, which is the worst part because then it’s going to be extra hard for you to break that habit and actually do what you know you NEED to do instead. Mistakes are important. Without making mistakes from time to time, we would never learn. We would never grow. We would never be able to understand ourselves and the choices and decisions we make. And so I ENCOURAGE you to make mistakes. I encourage you to embrace failure.. Because behind every “failure” is a hidden lesson. If you can identify that lesson and learn from it, you will never make that mistake again, and you’ll be a better person because of this fact.  How many mistakes are you allowing yourself (whether consciously or subconsciously) to make? How many times are you going to allow yourself to make those same mistakes before you finally snap out of it, learn your lesson, and move on? And while we’re on the topic of mistakes.. what if what you THINK is a mistake, is actually a blessing in disguise?  Just last week I made the decision to not watch Netflix for all of September (a big weakness of mine) and instead watch training videos. Seemed like an easy swap. Instead of watching a TV...
7 STEPS TO CRUSHING YOUR FEARS AND MAKING THE RIGHT DECISION EVERY SINGLE TIME

7 STEPS TO CRUSHING YOUR FEARS AND MAKING THE RIGHT DECISION EVERY SINGLE TIME

Do you ever get that feeling in the pit of your stomach when you need to make a decision and the decision you WANT to make feels scary.. But the thought of NOT making that decision feels worse? And so you weigh the pros and cons, you ask your partner for their opinion, and you essentially talk yourself out of doing what you want and playing the safe card instead, right? Really, when you think about it, how many times have you been SO sure that you’re going to do something but then don’t end up doing it? This is because you’ve talked yourself out of it. Based on false truths you told yourself Based on what someone else told you that you should do Based on being “responsible” and “realistic” Whether or not it’s something that can help you, you find ways to talk yourself out of it because the thought of doing it really scares you. So even though it COULD change your life for the better, you say no. Why? Because you’re scared? Get a fucking grip! Let me tell you something that changed my life: The understanding that fear is a signal. A flashing light that’s trying to send a message. Fear is an indicator to take action. Just because you’re scared doesn’t mean you just lay down and quit, or run away and hide. That’s the worst thing you can do, because then you’re essentially giving in to fear and telling yourself that that’s okay. It’s NOT okay to let fear run your life and hold you back from being, doing and having everything you want. What...
YESTERDAY SUCKED. TODAY WILL BE DIFFERENT. HERE’S WHY…

YESTERDAY SUCKED. TODAY WILL BE DIFFERENT. HERE’S WHY…

When you show up every day EXPECTING everything to work perfectly for you, it’s not so surprising when it does.  And yet, you tend to wake up and start your day with negative thoughts, don’t you? “It’s freezing!” “I don’t want to get up yet!” “Ugh, I’m starving!” “It’s too dark!” “I really don’t feel like ______ today!” You’ve set the tone for the day. You’ve told the universe you don’t want, nor do you expect, things to be awesome and perfect. And so as you carry on for the rest of the day, you find other things to complain about. It’s actually become REALLY easy to find things to complain about! You see them and recognize them all over the place. And you bring awareness to them by pointing them out and physically complaining about them (even if it’s just in your head).  But don’t you know that what you focus on is what you will create more of? Don’t you know that in order for you to be truly happy and to have things ALWAYS working out in your favor, you must recognize and give loads of attention to the things that make you feel GOOD? (And believe it or not, many of these things are happening each day, you just don’t acknowledge them.) When you wake up - “I’m so excited for another day on Earth!” When you drink your coffee - “This coffee is going to give me so much energy!” When you eat your lunch - “This pasta salad is freakin’ delicious!” When you’re online - “I LOVE using social media so much!” When you’re going...
