Yesterday I had a call with my mastermind sisters.
We get together at least once a month and talk about what’s going on in our lives and businesses and we support one another.
I joined this mastermind thinking it would be a waste of time. #realtalk
But I wanted to give it a shot because my mentors had been telling me for months that having a sisterhood helps you to grow your business faster.
It’s fucking true.
Ever since joining this mastermind a couple of months ago, I’ve generated over $100,000 in sales, signed on over a dozen new 1:1 clients, created and SOLD OUT programs and other offers, and grew my community by the THOUSANDS.
Yes, I could have done this on my own, but I know for a fact that without having this sisterhood as well as my personal mentors, I would not have been able to achieve what I have in such a short period of time.

Now I can’t even imagine my life & business without my biz sisters. We’re in this together, supporting one another, cheering each other on, and collaborating.
We’re a great big, happy family. A family that I would be totally LOST without.
When you have your own sisterhood, you’re giving yourself one of the best gifts you could ever give.
You’re giving yourself support
You’re giving yourself love
You’re giving yourself collaboration
You’re giving yourself permission to share more of yourself with the world, to make a bigger impact and to make a bigger income.
Without a sisterhood, you’re stuck trying to figure out everything on your own. Even having a coach is not enough because you only have support from that ONE person.
With a sisterhood, you have a group of women supporting and loving on you (as well as HELPING you when you need help).
A much better scenario.
Even if you’re an introvert like me, you crave human connection. You crave that tight-knit group of women that are JUST LIKE YOU, that you can talk business with all day and all night long, if needed.
You crave being supported 100%
You crave having someone to go to when shit hits the fan
You crave getting advice and help when you need it
You crave having someone love you unconditionally (someone IN ADDITION to your parents would be nice!)
You get all of those things and more with a business sisterhood.
Finding your own business sisterhood is very easy. Because so many women want this kind of support, there are always tons of women saying YES when you ask if they want to be in your sisterhood.
The problem with this approach is that many people just aren’t serious about what it takes to be in one of these groups. Many more aren’t even that serious about their business.
They may not have the same dreams and goals as you do, and that is an issue because you WANT to be surrounded by women that are either at the same place you are in your business or a bit futher a head so you can learn from them or with them.
You don’t want to be THAT person in your sisterhood that is the farthest ahead of your peers, because what happens then is you end up being the teacher. You will constantly be give, give, giving, and receiving nothing in return. This causes a ton of resentment and isn’t fun for anyone.
That’s not the point of a sisterhood. The point of a sisterhood is to give AND receive support, advice, love and guidance.
You only get that when you have the RIGHT people in your group.

These are the women that will be there for you 100%.
These are the women that will stay up all night long with you until you’re confident about your new offering.

These are the women you want in your life because they make your life and your business SO MUCH better.
