It’s hard to believe that less than 2 years ago, I was a cheap, frugal, extreme couponer that held the purse strings tight. I used to think being frugal was smart. Spend less, save more, and buy better quality items. Buying better quality items did, and does make sense, but that often meant spending hours, if not days or months, agonizing over the “big” purchase. The Dyson vaccuumThe Sealy mattressThe Webber barbecue Sure, they are amazing brands and I love them, but when I made the big purchase, even though I was excited at first, I’d eventually beat myself up about it. Who am I to buy such nice things? I should be saving my money, not spending it. The cheaper brands would have been just fine. I’m so stupid for spending that much money on a vacuum when I could have bought one for only $100! Every time I thought I was doing something SMART by purchasing better quality, I always ended up giving myself shit for spending the cash. I grew up in a household that didn’t have a lot of money. We weren’t poor, but it felt like it sometimes. We were provided for, but we rarely got more than what we needed. It was embarrassing to go to school wearing the same clothes over and over again (the hand-me-downs or thrift store finds) because we couldn’t afford new ones. It made me feel like a loser to own the cheapest school supplies and the most boring backpack, while all the other kids in my school seemed to have the BEST stuff. I’m so grateful to my mom...

No, those numbers are not fluff. They’re not bullshit. They’re not made up. Those are ACTUAL numbers from my sales this past week. Although this has definitely been one of my best weeks, I still regularly pull in at least 5-figures weekly. Back when I first started coaching, and even for the first few months, I always struggled to get clients and make sales. Sure, I would get them, but it was at dirt-cheap prices I didn’t feel comfortable selling at. I was just focused on getting the sale, not WHO made the sale. This led to a lot of resentment and my feeling overworked and burnt out. Thankfully, those days are over, as I’ve since learned how to work in a way where I attract my true IDEAL clients that I’m wildly in love with, and I can charge whatever the hell I want, andpeople will say YES with no hesitation. All of this happened when I cleared all the bullshit going on in my head about money and why I couldn’t have more of it. Once I figured out exactly how I was blocking money from coming into my life, I was able to quickly turn things around and generate thousands of dollars in just DAYS. Now I’m able to – :: Attract DREAM clients with ease (fuck working with people you can’t stand):: Create offers I know my community wants and EASILY sell to them daily:: Rarely hear the “I can’t afford it” excuse from ANY of my clients and instead get instant YES’s In other words, I’m able to sell the hell out of what I...

Whenever I talk about selling, I’m always bombarded with the question “how often should I sell?”. The answer is really obvious – EVERY DAMN DAY. People are terrified of selling too much. Why? Fear of being annoyingFear of looking desperateFear of someone complaining Fear of all kinds of shit that rarely happens. Listen, when you SELL something, you are essentially HELPING someone with a problem. An issue. A dream. A desire. Selling = helping. And when you DON’T sell, you’re not giving your community what they NEED and WANT from you. And that makes you an asshole. Don’t be an asshole. Sell your stuff every day to the people that need it. They will thank you. Another thing to keep in mind is that most people need to see your stuff at least 7 times before they decide to take action. And they’re not going to see ALL of your posts, so you can’t ONLY post 7 times. That means you need to constantly be posting. Constantly be selling. The more you sell, the more money you make and the more people you reach. It’s that simple. If you’re afraid people will think you’re pushy, get over it.If you’re afraid people will think you’re desperate, get over it.If you’re afraid people will complain about how often you sell, get over it.If you’re afraid of being salesy, GET THE FUCK OVER IT. As long as what you’re selling is of high quality and can genuinely HELP people, then you are doing your community a disservice if you DON’T sell it to them. If you want to make it as an...

WANT TO SUCCEED? THEN YOU HAVE TO BE GOOD AT IGNORING PEOPLE. There are always going to people who say you CAN’T. You’ll constantly be told your dreams are “too crazy” and that you should be more “realistic”. Even your family and friends will think you’re nuts. You’ll be told that what you want to do is IMPOSSIBLE. That you need to “get with the program” and stop being so foolish. People will tell you to get a “real job” (“don’t you want the benefits?”, they’ll ask.) ALL OF THIS IS A TEST FROM THE UNIVERSE To make sure that you’re serious about this. You’re serious about turning your dreams into your REALITY. You’re serious about not doing shit you hate and only doing what you absolutely LOVE. You need to pass that test. How? You show up every day and you WORK.You focus on the things that matter. You do your daily money routine. You work on your mindset. You share your message with the world. You support your community and give them content that will change their lives. You ask for the sale and don’t stop until you get it. And you remember this very simple rule – FUCK THE NAYSAYERS Ignore anyone that tells you that you’re crazy – That your dreams aren’t possibleThat you can’t do what you set out to doThat you need to be more “realistic” and get a “real job” FUCK THAT. You do NOT have time for that shit. As an entrepreneur, there will ALWAYS be people who try to knock you down and most people will think you’re insane. It’s your job to get really good...

Yesterday I had a call with my mastermind sisters. We get together at least once a month and talk about what’s going on in our lives and businesses and we support one another. I joined this mastermind thinking it would be a waste of time. #realtalk But I wanted to give it a shot because my mentors had been telling me for months that having a sisterhood helps you to grow your business faster. It’s fucking true. Ever since joining this mastermind a couple of months ago, I’ve generated over $100,000 in sales, signed on over a dozen new 1:1 clients, created and SOLD OUT programs and other offers, and grew my community by the THOUSANDS. Yes, I could have done this on my own, but I know for a fact that without having this sisterhood as well as my personal mentors, I would not have been able to achieve what I have in such a short period of time. These calls are something I look forward to every month. We talk about sales strategiesWe talk about growing communitiesWe talk about how to get our partner to be more supportiveWe talk about how to choose the right biz coach for youWe talk about how to get more publicityWe talk about how to charge more We talk about how to sign on more clientsWe talk about passive incomeWe talk about podcasts and how to start them & get featured on themWe talk about ways to make more money We talk about it all, and I know for a fact that this sisterhood has changed ALL of our lives. Now I...
