I know many people that are always complaining. Always fearing the worst. Always turning on their negativity switch. Worrying about tomorrowWorrying about todayWorrying about next week and next month and next year Saying how rich people are greedy. Saying how getting rich yourself is a dream. A fantasy in your mind you can never achieve. It’s these same people that never get rich or accomplish much of anything in their lives. Why? Because they’re natural lazy fucks. Negative. Uninspired. And vocal about how everyone who actually HAS succeeded must have connections or have done something shady to get where they are. What I’ve learned from these people (other than the fact that I never want to be them), is that I don’t have to believe what other people tell me. I must believe myself. Belive IN myself. Believe FOR myself. Because my dreams are scary big. I’m sure yours are too, or you wouldn’t be here. Right now you may be terrified of failingRight now you may be feeling exhaustedRight now you may be overwhelmed and confusedRight now you may be wondering if this is actually worth it And let me tell you, it SO is. Because the world needs you and your message. And therefore, it’s your responsibility, your DUTY, to show up and share yourself and your message every day. You say you want those $10K months, the six-figure business. You say you want the freedom. You say you want the ability to live life on your terms. So WHY then, haven’t you made it happen yet? What’s stopping you from getting where you want to go?...

Something that blows my mind is how fucking ENTITLED people are. They expect everything to be given to them for free, handed to them on a silver platter, with no effort on their part. They believe that they can have what they want in life without working hard for it. Let me tell you something – There isn’t a single wealthy person in the world that didn’t work HARD for their money. Not a single one. Even those that were born into money, or received an inheritance.. if they KEPT the money, they worked HARD to keep it. I don’t mean that hard = difficult. Making money is not difficult (in fact, it’s really fucking EASY). What I mean by working hard is that they put in the work necessary to get what they want. They work their asses off day in and day out, never take days off, bring work with them on vacations, and rarely sleep much. Now, that may not seem fun at all. Maybe you’re thinking “Cassie, I don’t want to be rich if it means I’m constantly working”, but this is the HUGE point you are missing in my message to you – YOU AREN’T SELLING A PRODUCT, YOU ARE SELLING YOU. Let me say that again: You aren’t selling a product, you are selling YOU. In other words, you’re selling your lifestyle. You’re selling your message. You’re selling your beliefs. You’re not pushing them on people, but you are showing up and LIVING that message, those beliefs, that lifestyle, and by doing so, you’re essentially selling those things to your community. And that,...

12 years ago I entered the adult industry as a “cam girl”. Every day, I would spend my time taking my clothes off for strangers, in exchange for gifts and cash. It was unpredictable, but I found it thrilling and fun, so I did it for years, until I “upgraded” to becoming a “solo girl”, which meant I had my own website that was updated with new content almost daily. Members paid a monthly fee to receive photos, videos, journal entries, and live webcams of myself and myself & my then boyfriend (now husband). I made a ton of money doing this, and I also truly loved it. I live for the thrill and “porn” (if you want to call it that) is certainly thrilling. But it did come with quite a bit of negativity. I was always brought up to believe that nudity and sex were private and not something you shared with the world, so I didn’t tell anyone what I did. Of course, my immediate family found out and they were NOT happy. There was a lot of negativity. I learned early on that I had to trust my gut, to be who I am, regardless of who disagrees, and to do what made me happy and feel alive. So I did. Eventually my family gave up trying to convince me I was ruining my life. I was able to live as my true self, and when I did, my business took off and soon I was featured on some of the top websites in the biz. After a few years, I got bored of the industry...

For the last week or so, I’ve had some crazy insomnia, or what I THOUGHT was insomnia. Falling asleep was easy, but then I would wake up every few hours, without fail, and just lie there, unable to fall back asleep. I thought it was what I was eating, so I changed my diet up a bit. Didn’t work.I thought it was because my evening routine was chaotic, so I made it more relaxing. Didn’t work.I thought it was because I was sleeping too much, so I tried sleeping less. Didn’t work. It wasn’t until this morning, when I was up at 5am again, after only 4 hours of sleep, that I realized I was waking up because I was EXCITED. Excited to start my dayExcited to work on my businessExcited to unleash my offeringsExcited to speak to my tribeExcited to learn and implementExcited to freakin’ UPLEVEL When I realized that each morning all I thought about when I woke up was my clients and how I could better serve them, my offers and how I could sell more of them, my community and how I could nurture it, my business and how I could streamline it – When I made that realization, it was pretty damn obvious. My body is telling me it’s time to uplevel, and part of that process means sleeping less and working more. Because the work I’m doing is actually FUN and not draining, I am EXCITED about working each day. So the less sleep thing doesn’t bother me. In fact, as much as I love the physical act of resting, I’ve always hated...

I used to think that all I needed to be successful online was amazing content. You know the whole “when you show up, they will find you” type of belief. It took me years to realize that I needed to do more than be amazing and give great value. You can’t just put out fantastic content, give value, show up, be visibile – That’s part of it, yes. But you also have to make sure you actually put yourself IN FRONT of your people. Because no, they will not find you on their own. I don’t care how amazing your content is. If I don’t know who you are, I’m not buying shit from you. Want to get rich? Get famous? Make an impact? Then you need to SHOW UP on purpose. What I mean by that is that you need to do whatever it takes to be in front of as many people as possible, all the time. Yes, numbers matter. The bigger your audience, the bigger your bank account. It’s simple math. We’re so damn lucky to be entrepreneurs in this day and age because we have the powerhouse that is social media. We don’t have to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a 30 second TV ad. Or multiple thousands for an ad in a shitty magazine that end up littering doctor’s offices. You can become a fucking star OVERNIGHT thanks to social media. Yes, you need to have talent. Yes, you need to be amazing at what you do. And yes, you need to consistently get up and grund every day. But with social media...
