Can you honestly say that you LOVE what you do? Do you really believe that you’re doing the work you were born to do? Deep down, do you feel like you are living your ideal life? I hope you answered YES to at least one of those questions. And if you didn’t, I hope you are on the path of getting to YES. Because nothing is more important than finding what you love, doing that, turning it into a lifestyle where you get paid to be you. It has to mean something. If you’re gonna take action, what does that action MEAN? How does it make you feel? What is the underlying purpose of the action? And of course, why is taking it so important to you? Everything you do in life means something. Every action you take serves a purpose. You may exercise because it makes you leaner and healthier. You may take the trash out because then your house won’t smell. You may write about sex because it makes your heart sing to do so. You may work privately with your clients because you know you’re helping them change their lives. You may eat vegetables, because you know they’ll make you “big and strong”, as Mom used to say. The action you take has a purpose that means something to you. What is it for your business? What is that meaning? That purpose? Where does the DRIVE come from? Find it, hold on to it, remember it.
