Yesterday I had a call with my mastermind sisters. We get together at least once a month and talk about what’s going on in our lives and businesses and we support one another. I joined this mastermind thinking it would be a waste of time. #realtalk But I wanted to give it a shot because my mentors had been telling me for months that having a sisterhood helps you to grow your business faster. It’s fucking true. Ever since joining this mastermind a couple of months ago, I’ve generated over $100,000 in sales, signed on over a dozen new 1:1 clients, created and SOLD OUT programs and other offers, and grew my community by the THOUSANDS. Yes, I could have done this on my own, but I know for a fact that without having this sisterhood as well as my personal mentors, I would not have been able to achieve what I have in such a short period of time. It’s an incredible thing to be able to live life on your terms. To sleep when you want. To wake when you want. To take vacations without having to ask your dickhead of a boss for the time off (knowing full well he is going to say no). It’s an amazing feeling to know that YOU are in control. In control of your feelingsIn control of your scheduleIn control of how much money you makeIn control of your travel timeIn control of your daily routinesIn control of who you work with What you don’t seem to realize is that no one is in charge of you but YOU. Only YOU get to decide how your life is going to be. It doesn’t have to be a struggleIt doesn’t have to be hard all the timeIt doesn’t have to be exhaustingIt doesn’t have to feel like one big chore Life can be amazing and it starts by you making the decision that you are going to live an amazing life. TIRED OF BEING BROKE? JOIN THE FUCKING CLUB. I’ve spoken to HUNDREDS of women this week (and no, that’s not an exaggeration). Most of them had one thing in common: They’re broke as hell and hate it. Maybe you’re in the same boat. And I get it. Being broke sucks. But, I don’t feel sorry for you. Because the truth is, if you’re broke, it’s your own fault. You’re clearly just not determined enough, otherwise you would have done SOMETHING different. You can’t change your reality if you continue to do the same shit, day in and day out. I’ve heard the “I’m broke” whining over and over and over again, and to be honest, I’m fucking sick of hearing it. If you’re broke, shut the fuck up about and DO SOMETHING. No, you haven’t tried everything.No, you WON’T manifest the money you want.No, things won’t get better. Not until you step up and do what you need to do to change the way your finances look. Sometimes that means you need to work moreSometimes that means you need to find the money to invest in a mentorSometimes that means you need to sleep a whole lot less And ALWAYS, you need to SHUT UP ABOUT BEING BROKE! Want the results? Then do the fucking work. If you aren’t getting the results you want in your business it’s because you either – A) Don’t know what the fuck you’re doing or B) Are incredibly lazy NEITHER OF THESE ARE EXCUSES. And that’s the problem. You’re using the excuse that you don’t know what to do (not usually that you’re lazy, although that’s often a problem for people, too) to justify why you’re broke. But what you’re REALLY saying is this: I don’t care enough about this business to get the support I need in learning exactly what to do. “But I do care about my business, Casse! You’re wrong!”, I hear you say. If you really cared about having a SUCCESSFUL (how ever you define that word), you don’t make excuses. You don’t say “if I only knew what to do, I’d have tons of clients and I’d be rich”. You say “I’m going to do whatever I need to do to learn the steps to take my business from $ABC to $XYZ.” And then you fucking DO IT – You hire the coach You join the program You go to the event You learn, you absorb and then you implement. And you don’t fucking stop. Ever. You push and push and push and you do everything you need to do to reach your goals.
