The most important word EVER

The most important word EVER

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in the last 20 or so years of being an entrepreneur is that it’s really easy to get distracted. It’s really easy to lose focus of what your ultimate vision is, your big goal, your DREAMS. It’a really easy to get caught up in the minutia of life and forget about the bigger picture. I know just how important FOCUS really is, and why it needs to be the number one word you keep in mind every day, for the rest of your life. Because without focus, you are lost, spinning your wheels, all over the place, confused and frustrated. The importance of focus is often overlooked with people trying to do everything all at once. Listen closely: Multi-tasking is the biggest waste of time ever. If you’re trying to do multiple things done at once, I guarantee you’re leaving money on the table by being in multiple places at once. You need to practice the art of focus if you really want to get shit done, make a difference and bring in more money.  Focus is the #1 thing many people overlook and one of the biggest reasons so many people fail.  Everything in your life needs to focused on sperately from everything else. When you’re brushing your teeth, BRUSH YOUR DAMN TEETH. When you’re writing an email, write the email (don’t also check messages on Facebook and watch TV). When you’re on client calls, talk to your clients (don’t check email and text people). Focus, focus, focus - on one thing at a time. I promise that it will make a world...
How to make 30 sales in 1 day (a lesson on what it takes to make REAL money in your business)

How to make 30 sales in 1 day (a lesson on what it takes to make REAL money in your business)

Yesterday I had 30 people sign up for my new training program, with dozens more on a waitlist for today’s enrollment to open up. 30 people. 30 sales. In one day. I used to struggle to buy groceries and clothe my kids. Now I’m selling 30 spots in one program in less than 24 hours. I’m making thousands of dollars a day, doing what I love, working on my own schedule, and simply living my life. I don’t know about you, but I find that pretty fucking amazing! While I was out visiting extended family in Ireland yesterday afternoon, the sales were flooding in. When I was able to sneak away for a few minutes to check my phone, I had dozens of new sales. All while sipping tea, petting cows and practicing my Irish accent. 🙂 And to be honest with you, I kind of felt a little bit guilty when I saw all of those sales come through and the money in my account. I felt guilty that this was just so EASY for me, that it’s always so easy for me to make money online, when it’s such a huge struggle for others. I felt bad that I just woke up, put something out there, and had money in the bank less than an hour later (and more money continuing to come in every hour for the rest of the day).  You see, my big mission in life is to help women all around the world OWN their financial power. To make massive amounts of moneythemselves, on their own terms, without needing support from anyone else....
I recieved close to $1 Million Dollars from my Facebook group and now I’m teaching you how to do the same

I recieved close to $1 Million Dollars from my Facebook group and now I’m teaching you how to do the same

Back when I first started coaching, one of the first things I wanted to accomplish was to have created a Facebook group with 1,000 members. I don’t know why creating a Facebook group was at the top of my goals list, but I clearly realized the value of having one.  I started with 0 people, as we all do, and in just 6 months, I had far surpassed my goal with over 4,000 members. Now, we have over 6,000 amazing women in there. And the best part? Most of them are the high-achieving, hustle-loving, badass babes that I love to work with. The majority of my income comes from my Facebook group. It’s where I find 90% of my clients and where I make most of my sales. I used to only post in others’ Facebook groups, and although this did help me to get my name out there and position myself as an expert, it didn’t help me to get sales all that easily. It was like pulling teeth, if I’m being honest. But as soon as I created my own group, nurtured it, dropped hints and special messaing, and did strategized marketing, my income went through the roof! I went from $10K months to $15K, then $20K, then $30K and then I hit $50K and $75K, and the numbers keep going up! All because I grew my group in a way that was strategic.  You see, the problem with most people that create a Facebook group, is that they don’t know what they’re doing, so they don’t get the results you want. You know it’s important to create...
Why I REALLY fucking hate the word “expensive” (and what it’s doing to you right now)

Why I REALLY fucking hate the word “expensive” (and what it’s doing to you right now)

There’s nothing that gets me more riled up than hearing someone use the word expensive. Even “INexpensive” drives me up the damn wall. And here’s why – When you tell yourself that something is expensive, what you’re actually saying is that you don’t see the value in it. Which is fine, you’re totally entitled to feel that way. But what you’re doing on a much deeper level is telling yourself you can’t afford something that may very well be in your reach, had you seen that value. In which case, you will NEVER be able to “afford’ it. Let’s use a couch as an example. You need a new couch for your house. You go shopping for a badass couch that suits your style. You find one that is absolutely PERFECT, it suits you and your space amazingly well. It’s comfortable and the colour is spot on. “Ahhh, it’s amazing! I love it,” you say. You sit down on it and smile, thinking of all the naps you’ll take, and the work you’ll be doing on that amazing couch. And then you look at the price tag – It costs $1,500. “That’s way too expensive for a couch!”, you balk. “No way would I ever pay that for something I’m just going to sit on ocassionally.” Then you find another couch that is $500 and it’s the right size, right shape, and it’s comfortable, too. But - the style is not really you. You don’t get excited when you look at it, let alone sit on it. However, it’s $1,000 cheaper than the other couch. And so you go...
What do Irish pubs and HUSTLE have in common? (And why you really need to hear this today)

What do Irish pubs and HUSTLE have in common? (And why you really need to hear this today)

Last night I stayed out way too late and drank way too many pints of Guinness, leading to a massive hangover today.  This, for someone who never gets hangovers, really messed me up. I couldn’t get out of bed (I could barely lift my head off the pillow), I couldn’t read anything, I couldn’t eat.  But I sucked it up.I showed up anyway.I did the work. Why? Because honestly? Fuck excuses.  Excuses are going to do absolutely NOTHING to improve your situation. You know what else will do nothing for you? Complaining about your current situation. I could have got up this morning, complained about my pounding headache and how I thought I was about to spew vomit at any moment, I could have been all “I’m going to take the day off work, it’s no big deal, it’s just one day”, but here’s what I did instead –  I cringed at the blinding light coming in from the bedroom windowI drink a glass of water, took some painkillers and ate a bowl of oatmealI washed my face and got dressed so that I felt relatively human againI did social media work and answered messages and emailsI cleaned up the main floor of the house that the kids destroyed the day beforeI had a short napI had a call with one of my #bestofthebest clientsI did my mindset work I did my money workI signed on 2 new clients All in all, I showed the fuck up. I made shit happen. Because I simply don’t have time for excuses. I have so many things I do each day, that I...
